(1) If foreign currency is invested as loan or share capital for the purpose of providing the telecommunications Service, Government of Nepal shall avail necessary foreign currency at the prevailing exchange ate for the purpose of payment of such loan, the interest there of or repatriation of the investment.
(2) If a Licencee is required to import the equipment necessary to operate the Telecommunications Service from abroad, Government of Nepal shall avail the foreign currency required for such import, at the prevailing
exchange rate.
8 (3) Government of Nepal shall, on recommendation of the Authority, provide such foreign currency to the licensee as he has to incur in obtaining  membership from a foreign organization related with telecommunications or
making agreement with a foreign person or organization, for the operation of the telecommunications service
